Last night...smothered chicken and was it ever taaaaaaaaaaaaaaasty!

Do I believe in fate?  I don't believe that the universe has some specific grand plan for each one of us and that we have no way of changing it.  So I guess I don't believe in fate in that sense.

The grand canyon and yes I have been there.  I didn't take any pictures because there is not a picture in the world that would do it justice.  You just have to go and see for yourself.

I am not a fan of Mondays, which certainly does not make me unique.  Wednesday has generally be the day I look forward to the most.  It means the work week for me is half over and once it is done I am that much closer to the weekend.
